ASPIRANCY
Aspirancy is the stage where young women, after completing at least Senior High School, discern a vocation in Religious Life. It is a process of getting to know each other: the community gets to know her, and she gets to know them.
The Aspirancy program is divided into two (2) phases:
- Phase I involves a young woman who is pursuing professional training or work experience while in close contact with the Congregation.
- Phase II entails a young woman living with the Sisters in to confirm her vocation to Religious Life and receiving support in her discernment through a specifically designed program for them.
POSTULANCY
The postulancy stage aims to initiate the candidates into the life in Carmel and to verify their aptitudes and motivations for entering Religious Life to prepare them for the novitiate. This stage will not be less than six (6) months and not more than two (2) years, allowing the postulant to decide and respond to God’s call with maturity, responsibility, and freedom.

NOVITIATE
The Novitiate is a period during which the candidate undergoes the process of becoming an authentic and responsive person in her desire to follow Jesus through selfless offering and sacrifice. It is a time of experiencing the desert to encounter God and developing maturity in various aspects of human development including psychological, intellectual, apostolic, affective and communal living.
JUNIORATE
The purpose of the Juniorate is to form the Sisters whose motivating force is charity and whose life is integrated in all aspects of formation. The period of temporary profession is six (6) years renewed yearly, three (3) years of which are for the validity of perpetual profession. The Junior Sisters work on their formation with diligence and purity of intention.
